The programme was initiated with the collaboration of the 1st, 6th, 13th, 25th, 26th and 28th Ephorates of Byzantine Antiquities.

Additionally, undergraduate students Christina Kyriakidi, Nefeli Thanou, Aikaterini Tsoutsouliga and Nikolaos Vassalos, Nektaria Meimeti, and Nikolaos Beteinis and Eleni Petridi of the Department of Philology and the Department of History and Archaeology of the University of Athens, of the Department of History and Archaeology of the University of Ioannina and of the Department of History and Archaeology of the University of Crete, respectively, have participated to the programme, inserting data into the database and helping transferring data from the older version to the upgraded online version.
